Thanks a lot, I enjoyed the stay and will come back. Nothing to complain about, the hotel was modern. It was in the central location to the Cairns airport. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Flinders Bar and Grill. I was offered a room with magic views over to the ocean. Everyone was responsive and especially helpful.

Fantastichip new hotel with a unique design. Thanks to the outstandingly accommodating staff everything was good, including plenty ofexcellent food. Marvellous location to Cairns Showgrounds Museum. Great restaurant for breakfast.

Extremely comfy beds and a well appointed kitchenette and an air conditioning. Wonderful view from the window over the sea.

the whole experience was really good, nothing to complain about, would recomand. the hotel was clean, and i enjoyed a comfy location. the room i booked was a nice size and provided with the cleaner to do as well as a balcony overlooking the harbour. genuinely professional staff, suggested places to visit. the provided service was excellent.

The room was n't been cleaned beds were n't made and available with 1 bedroom, great views, bath tub. The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from Cairns Zoom And Wildlife Dome. Furthermore, close to shops & restaurants;))

I recently stayed at this waterfront hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely amazing, right on the harbour with stunning views. It was so convenient to be in the middle of everything, with restaurants, shops, and the casino all within walking distance. The room itself was spacious and well-stocked with extra comforts that you wouldn't usually find in a hotel room. The staff were extremely gracious and provided excellent customer service. They ensured that the room was serviced daily, which is rare for apartment-style properties. The bathroom products they supplied were also top-notch, the best I have ever tried at a hotel. this place is luxurious and provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our second visit to chl - we found it to be a great place to stay with wonderful views of the harbour. Close to the esplanade, shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and we were surprised with a bottle of wine for our anniversary! We will definitely be back!

The location of the hotel was very good. Just next to the port. The staff at the front desk are all very helpful and friendly. We booked a twin bedroom suite and a single studio. Both rooms are clean and with good facility. Very good hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located right on the waterfront, offering stunning views of the harbor. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with excellent facilities that make for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need is met.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

We had just come off the ferry from Green Island so the location was perfect as we had two children and four suitcases in tow.

As the hotel was very long our apartment was a very long way from the elevators. The two bedroom unit configuration was also not very practical for two children with a king size bed in the second bedroom however, as we were only there for one night we were not too bothered.

The hotel is well placed in the city within walking distance of shopping, swimming and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes

There is limited on site car parking with lift access to rooms. Alternate on site parking meant walking through the lobby each time to access the lift to the rooms

The Sebel Cairns Harbour Lights exceeded our expectations in many ways. the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right on the waterfront and near the marina, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help and provide excellent service. Additionally, we were pleased to find that the rooms had basic amenities and a balcony overlooking the harbour, allowing us to enjoy the stunning views. Lastly, the attention to detail was evident, with little notice for the cleaner to do their work and ensuring that everything was in order.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The location and facilities were great. The hotel staff at the desk were more than helpful.

There were only a couple of things that could be improved. Over our 10 day stay our room was only serviced twice and the towels weren't changed. Also another couch in the room would of made for more comfort.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Good, quite airconditioning. Kitchen had all supplies. Lovely view from the balcony. Nice Swimming pool and gym. Good security.

Paying $10.00 per night for parking. The Bars all on the inside of the floors in the centre of the building. Felt a bit like a jail. Maybe they should grow a rainforest up through the centre to have a better feel.
